PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

This entry-level position is under direct supervision to provide administrative support and secretarial services for the Distribution Center performs a variety of basic and routine clerical and secretarial duties that may include some duties of a more complex nature involving research on warehousing functions; maintains the confidentiality of all communication, correspondence, and records according to established FMCNA standards and procedures.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES :
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Communicates over the telephone with Home Patient and Clinic customers to schedule delivery appointments.
Verifies details regarding the customer address and orders.
Operates a personal computer utilizing the appropriate software to performs a variety of administrative duties which may include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry - Word processing and basic correspondence - Creating and preparing required operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis - Performing queries and report requests as necessary - Printing, sorting and collating operational and transportation documents Answers and screens telephone calls, responds to inquiries, and reroutes inquires to appropriate staff.
Opens and sorts mail, greets visitors and schedules appointments.
Sets up and maintains filing system for confidential records, correspondence files and reports.
May be required to conduct research into issues pertaining to warehouse functions as requested by the Distribution Center Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or equivalent EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS Six months to one year of secretarial / administrative office experience.
Organizational skills are essential.
Good communication skills and ability to work under minimal amount of supervision.
Experience and skill with PC-based word processing systems.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
