Administrative Assistant

DESHAZO, a leading manufacturer and service provider of overhead cranes and hoists, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Support Coordinator. This position will be responsible for providing support to inside sales team members, service branch personnel, and the department manager. Position will oversee customer billing, filing, scanning, receiving, processing credit card payments, ordering supplies, preparing marketing material, sorting incoming mail, answering phone lines, processing credit applications, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum 1 year administrative/ accounting experience.
High School Diploma/ GED
Positive and professional demeanor
Self-motivated and highly organized
Dependable and detail oriented
Ability to exercise good judgment/ decision making
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
