Job Description:
We are hiring outside sales candidates who want to develop into distribution center managers. We are looking for individuals who understand and relish face to face interactions. Effective candidates will have the ability to constantly create new ways for clients to be more profitable through the products and services we offer. Successful sales reps will have the opportunity to move to assistant manager followed by distribution center manager. Candidates must have high customer service standards and an eagerness to develop themselves professionally.Duties:o Accountable for attaining assigned monthly Sales and Profits and meeting financial objectives.
o Accountable for acquiring new accounts and maintaining current accounts
o Sustain a rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Ensuring overall customer satisfaction levels within Kauffman Tire.
o Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Desired skills/traits: Excellent communication & organizational skills
