is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team in Alabaster, AL.
Must have knowledge of accounting, accounts payable processes and, functionalities.
Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience, high volume preferred Ability to reliable commute to our office in Alabaster, AL, this is an on-site position Microsoft Excel experience required Great Plains Dynamics software experience, preferred Ability to multitask Accounts Payable Clerk Duties &
Responsibilities:
Performing day to day financial transactions and accounting Verify and classify invoices to be entered Computing, posting and recording accounts Effective maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions Reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner Accounts Payable Clerk Pay & Perks:
$700.
00 per week based on experience, paid weekly (direct deposit available) 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday, full-time position in office setting BCBS Medical and Dental Vision Insurance Paid vacations and holidays after one year 401K Life Insurance Job Type:
