In addition to your Jewelry specialization, you will perform general tasks within Family Pawn, such as handling pawned items, managing inventory, and assisting customers with non-Jewelry-related transactions.
As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building relationships, and promoting our products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and a deep understanding of our inventory Assisting customers with purchasing, selling, and pawning Jewelry, and efficiently processing related documentation.
Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions Ensuring that all sales transactions are accurately recorded Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor Participating in regular inventory management and restocking Requirements:

Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Jewelry and associated accessories.
A thorough understanding of Jewelry Sales Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in Jewelry sales and familiarity with pawnshop operations are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Flexibility to work Saturdays We offer a competitive pay range of $14-$20 per hour, with unlimited weekly bonuses based on your individual performance.
