Job Duties Oversee operations for a warehouse or during an assigned shift Coordinate a team of hourly employees that store and distribute materials, equipment and/or supplies Track inventory by performing physical counts and verifying information against warehousing systems Monitor operations for compliance with regulations governing materials handling, storage, and distribution where applicable Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately Adhere to 5S standards (e.
g.
, maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.
) Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Education Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures and practices Lead and direct the work of other employees Typically have full authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance or disciplinary actions Typically require a high school diploma and 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
