We use wireless headsets and you will need to speak clearly and professionally, and be conscientious of other operators in the room and other conversations.
We are responsible for answering all the incoming calls from patients, referring physicians, hospital staff, pharmacies, and other clinics.
You will schedule in office and telemedicine office visits with the physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
You will schedule in house testing.
You will learn which tests are scheduled before others and which ones need prep.
You will send phone notes to the triage nurses for patients, pharmacies, and other offices.
These can be for problems the patients are experiencing.
It can also be for a refill, or questions on a refill, surgery clearances, and a number of other issues or questions.
You will be proofing the scheduling system against the calendar to make sure they match and are correct.
There are other extra jobs everyone has to check to make sure our checks/balances are in place and working.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
